What is your Xiaomi trade-in value?
For a Xiaomi in like-new condition with base storage we pay between 30 EUR for the Mi 8 SE and 500 EUR for the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, closely followed by the Xiaomi 15 Pro at 470 EUR. Signs of use and damage lower the amount in fixed levels: a Xiaomi 14 Ultra brings 500 EUR like new, 410 EUR with light marks, 310 EUR with clear wear and 150 EUR with display damage, if never opened. More storage adds 10 to 55 EUR depending on the model, and some models only came in one storage size.
The Ultra and Pro models of the numbered line hold their value best, the T and Lite phones start lower, and the older Mi line mostly sits between 30 and 130 EUR. The biggest lever is in your hands: a display without deep scratches, a battery above 80 percent and the original box with cable.

Xiaomi account and “Find device”: the most important step
Every Xiaomi is protected twice, through your Google account and through the Xiaomi account, which is still called Mi account on older phones. If you reset the phone while either one is signed in, it asks for the password afterwards and we cannot buy it. So sign out of both accounts in Settings so that “Find device” is off, back up your data and only then reset to factory settings.
Imported phones from China and India
Some Xiaomi models never officially reached Austria, such as the Xiaomi 12S Ultra, the 14 Pro and the 15 Pro from China or the Mi 11X Pro from India. We buy these imports on the same terms as all the others. On the Chinese software the Xiaomi account is the lock that matters, so be sure to sign out of it before shipping.
Selling a Xiaomi: Reparo, MediaMarkt, refurbed or rebuy?
MediaMarkt buys through its partner Foxway and always pays with a gift card, and the full price there only applies to a display without cracks. refurbed does not accept a broken display, and rebuy deducts from the price after its inspection if it finds defects and makes a new offer. We do not pay cash on the spot, but we are fast: around 48 hours after the inspection in Vienna and your agreement, the money is with you by PayPal or bank transfer. That way every buyback is documented.
Can I sell my broken Xiaomi despite display damage?
Yes. A cracked display is no reason for us to refuse, as long as the phone has never been opened by third parties. For a Xiaomi 14 Ultra we then still pay 150 EUR, for a Xiaomi 13 45 EUR.
Which old Xiaomi phones are still worth money?
All models from the Mi 8 of 2018 onwards, as long as they work and are unlocked. A Mi 8 still brings 35 EUR like new, a Mi 9T 50 EUR, a Mi 11 Ultra 130 EUR. For older Xiaomi phones there is currently no value in the calculator.

How do I sign my Xiaomi out of the Xiaomi account?
At the very top of Settings, tap your Xiaomi account or Mi account, sign out and confirm with your password, which turns off “Find device”. After that, remove the Google account and reset the phone.
When and how does Reparo pay out for my Xiaomi?
Around 48 hours after you have accepted the checked price, by PayPal or bank transfer. We deliberately do not pay cash, so every payment stays traceable.
Is the value shown for my Xiaomi already the final price?
