Is the amount shown already the final price?
No, it is an estimated and non-binding guide value for top condition. We confirm the final price once your Xiaomi has been inspected in our Vienna workshop. If the condition differs, you get an adjusted offer in advance.
How and when is the payout made?
After a successful inspection the money goes out within around 48 hours, exclusively via PayPal or bank transfer. We deliberately do not offer cash so that every payment stays traceable.
Do I have to prepare my Xiaomi before shipping?
Yes, the reset is your job. Back up your data, sign out of your Mi account and Google and factory-reset the device. Only without an active account lock can we buy the phone.
