Will I lose my Fairphone warranty if I let Reparo repair it?
Fairphone's manufacturer warranty generally only covers devices used under normal conditions. Third-party repairs can affect the manufacturer warranty – but the same applies at any other workshop. Our advantage: we give you our own 6-month warranty on all repairs, independent of Fairphone. You're well covered either way, and Fairphone's right-to-repair stance means they're more lenient than other manufacturers.

What should I do with a water-damaged Fairphone?
Fairphone 4 has IP54 protection, Fairphone 5 and 6 IP55 – that means splash protection, but no full waterproofing. After water contact: switch off immediately, do not charge, do not blow into the ports. Bring the device to us as fast as possible.
