On the PS5 line the key factor is whether a disc drive is built in, since the digital versions are worth noticeably less. Across all models, an intact HDMI port, a clean housing, an included controller and the original cables make the difference. The more complete and well-kept your console arrives, the higher the offer after inspection.
Before you ship
Reset your PlayStation to factory settings, sign out of your PlayStation Network account and deactivate the unit as your primary console. Erasing your personal data is your responsibility, not ours. Include the controller and cables if you have them, as this raises the value. Payout is always by PayPal or bank transfer; there is no cash payment.

Do you also buy faulty consoles?
Yes. Common faults such as a torn-off HDMI port, a broken drive or crashes from overheating do not rule out a purchase. The only condition is that the console has not already been opened or repaired improperly.
How is the estimated value calculated?
You state the model, condition and included accessories, and from that we generate an instant non-binding estimate. The final amount is only set once our technician has inspected the console in Vienna.
How and when do I get my money?
Once your PlayStation arrives and is inspected, we pay out within 48 hours, either by PayPal or bank transfer. We do not offer cash payouts, so every payment stays traceable.
What does shipping cost me?

Do I have to erase my saves and data myself?
Yes, resetting to factory settings and signing out of your account are your responsibility. Please do this before shipping, as data erasure is not part of our service.
Is the Digital Edition worth less than the Disc version?
Yes. Because the digital variant lacks the Blu-ray drive, it is less flexible for buyers and sits below the matching disc model in trade-in value. With the PS5 this gap is the most noticeable.
Should I sell or rather repair it?
That depends on the fault and the model. A current console with a small defect can be worth repairing, while older units are often better sold. Our repair guide helps you decide.
